The following terms used in this Agreement carry the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" — the et999 website (et999.lat), mobile interface and all associated services.
• "User" — any person who has registered on the Platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — the personal profile and wallet created for each user.
• "Real Money" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) that can be deposited into and withdrawn from an account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin or additional benefit granted by et999.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

To register on our Platform, you must meet the following conditions:

Registration Process

Account Verification

et999 may at any time request the following documents to verify a user's identity:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no transactions or logins for 12 (twelve) months or more, it will be marked as "inactive". The balance of an inactive account will be retained, however et999 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee.

General Bonus Terms

et999's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Each withdrawal request may be subject to an anti-fraud review, which may slightly increase processing time.

Currency

Cricket Betting Rules

• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
